In 2021 Azerbaijan intends to obtain 5987.9 kg of gold, up from 5312.2 kg in 2017. Thus, in 2018-2021 gold output will increase by 12.6%.
In particular, in 2018 gold output is expected to reach 5471.5 kg, in 2019 – 5635.7 kg, and in 2020 – 5804.7 kg.
Iron ore concentrate manufacture will also grow: in 2018-2020 to 4.466 thousand tons per year and in 2021 – to 5987.9 tons.
This year iron ore output will total some 2473 tons. Thus, by 2022 the output will have grown 2.4-fold. (Ukrainian metal)
