In January-September Khabarovsk krai obtained 17.588 tons of gold, up by 19.1% YoY.
In particular, ore gold amounted to 13.891 tons, and alluvial gold – 3.696 tons.
Silver output totaled 47.282 tons, up by 41.8%.
Gold output increase was due to Svetloye LLC (Polymetal), Mnogovershinnoye (Rusdragmet LLC) and Amur Zoloto (Russian Platinum).
Okhotskaya Mining and Geological Company (Polymetal) provided for the considerable increase in silver output.
In 2016 the region obtained 19.5 tons of gold, up by 3.4 % YoY, including 15.6 tons of ore gold and 3.8 tons of alluvial gold, up by 2.2% and by 8.3% YoY respectively. (Ukrainian metal)
