AK Processing intends to put into operation a cathode copper works in Urdzhar region in the East-Kazakhstan district.
The cost of the project is 4.58 billion tenge.
The works will have the capacity of 2520 tons of copper per year. It will be put into operation in 2018.
AK Processing is the daughter company of cathode copper manufacturer Ai Karaaul. (Ukrainian metal)
