In January-October Russian steel exports totaled 35.563 million tons, up by 3% YoY. Exports to far foreign countries accounted for 31.127 million tons.
Ferrous metals exports (apart from pig iron, ferroalloys, waste and scrap) totaled 24.131 million tons, up by 4.6% YoY. Far foreign countries imported 20.859 million tons of ferrous metals.
Semi-finished carbon steel exports reached 12.269 million tons, up by 3.34% YoY, with 12.042 million tons sent far abroad.
Flat rolled carbon steel exports totaled 7.191 million tons, up by 10.3% YoY, with 5.962 million tons going to the far foreign countries. (Ukrainian metal)
