According to World Steel Association (WSA) April report, this year world steel demand will grow by 1.3%, to 1735 million tons.
Next year the growth will continue (by 1%), to 1752 million tons.
In the CIS countries the steel demand will increase by 1.4%, to 57 million tons. And in 2020 it will grow by 1.7% more, to 57.9 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
