In January-November Chukotka companies mined 26.974 tons of gold, down by 9.78% YoY. Silver output grew by 7.19% YoY, to 149.96 tons.
In particular, Kinross Gold decreased output by 9.7% YoY, to 19.537 tons of gold, while silver production went up by 5.8%, to 141.127 tons.
Karalveyem Mine gold output dropped by 3.06% YoY, or by 40 kg, to 1.275 tons, but silver production increased by 4.4 kg, to 144.792 kg.
Valunisty Mine yielded 862.889 kg of gold and 8.502 tons of silver, down by 5.56%, or 51 kg, and up by 36.6% YoY respectively.
Polymetal Mayskoye mined 3.173 tons of gold concentrate, down by 19.3% YoY.
In 2015 Chukotka companies mined 32.131 tons of gold and 156.276 tons of silver, up by 0.4% and by 12.87% YoY respectively. (Ukrainian metal)
