Severstal-Metiz, a part of Severstal, has put a new patenting mill into operation, having completed another stage of the machinery modernization.
Investments in the metal wares segment from the year start amounted to $20 million.
The modernization of equipment will improve quality and increase output volumes of the products.
The new mill has been put into operation at the steel wire shop No. 2, and the first ton of spring wire has already been produced. (Ukrainian metal)
