Zaporozhye Ferro Alloys Plant (ZZF) plans to settle its disputes with the energy-supplying company Zaporozhyeoblenergo in extrajudicial procedure.
“We want to resolve our disputes wisely. What is the reason for our companies to oppose each other, when we all understand that we experience difficulties? We have them, and so have they”, said ZZF chairman of the board Pavel Kravchenko.
He sees energy company claims to ZZF valid and just, as the ferroalloys works is in arrears as to it.
The chairman of the board said, if things would reach court and the companies couldn’t find a compromise, ZZF would appeal against the court’s decision.
As has been reported, Zaporozhyeoblenergo asks the commercial court of the Zaporozhye region to recover 485.54 million UAH worth of electricity debts from the Zaporozhye Ferro Alloys Plant. (Ukrainian metal)
