In 2017-2018 Chukotka autonomous district expects a drop in gold output to 26 tons, by 11% YoY, while in 2019 it will increase by 10% to 2016, to 32 tons.
Silver output is expected at 140-160 tons per year.
Alluvial gold production will be on the level of 2 tons per year.
In 2016 Chukotka obtained 29.184 tons of gold, including 2.126 tons of alluvial gold, down by 9.7% YoY, silver output increased by 4.12%, to 162.716 tons. (Ukrainian metal)
