In October Ukraine produced 2069 thousand tons of pig iron, up by 1.8%, or by 36 thousand tons MoM.
In October Ukraine produced 999 thousand tons of steel, without continuous cast semi-finished products, down by 4.5% YoY.
In December Ukrainian metal companies will produce 2.1 million tons of steel.
In January-October Ukrainian metal companies produced 19.11 million tons of carbon steel, down by 18.4% YoY.
In 2015 Ukrainian metal companies are expected to produce 23.5 million tons of steel, down by 13% YoY, due to the military activity in Lugansk and Donetsk regions, infrastructure destruction and works halts.
In September Ukraine produced 2033 thousand tons of pig iron, up by 5.5%, or by 106 thousand tons MoM.
In January-September Ukraine produced 17.09 million tons of steel, down by 20% YoY.
