Ukraine: metal output down in April 2015
In April Ukraine produced 1.02 million tons of ferrous rolled metal, down by 41.4% YoY and 19.3% MoM. In January-April Ukraine produced 3.71 million tons of ferrous rolled metal.
Ukraine: steel output to reach 2.2 million tons in June 2015

Metal companies in Ukraine will boost steel smelting by 15.8% in June compared to expected production in May, to 2.2 million tons, and steel roll production will grow by 12.5%, to 1.8 million tons.

In February Ukraine produced 1433 thousand tons of pig iron, down by 16.7%, or by 287 thousand tons, MoM.

Experts expect steel output in April on the level of 1.6 million tons, with 1.5 million tons both of pig iron and rolled metal.
