Ukraine: scrap exports down in January 2019

In January Ukraine exported 3.14 thousand tons of scrap, down 10.8-fold YoY. According to the State Fiscal Service, the value of the scrap exported dropped 10.6-fold, to $936 thousand. In December 2018 Ukraine exported 7.488 thousand tons of scrap. The main customers were Turkey (75.61%), the Netherlands (16.9%) and Germany (3.74%). (Ukrainian metal)
