From January to October, Uzbekistan significantly increased its exports of non-monetary gold, according to the National Statistics Committee.
Gold shipments abroad amounted to $9.90 billion, representing a 49.4% increase compared to the same period in 2024 ($6.63 billion). The share of gold in the country’s export structure reached 34.1%, up from 29.2% in January-October of the previous year, highlighting the key role of the precious metal in Uzbekistan’s foreign trade operations.
