NEQSOL Holding has applied for participation in an auction to sell 100% of shares of the United Mining and Chemical Company JSC shares.
Cemin Ukraine LLC, controlled by NEQSOL Holding, was the only participant of the auction scheduled for October 9 with the offer of 3.938 billion UAH. The starting price was 3.899 billion UAH.
The company is awaiting the finalization of the auction procedures. (Ukrainian metal)
