On April 22, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a change in the purpose of state-owned land plots in Zhytomyr region – for the needs of JSC “United Mining and Chemical Company” (UMCC).
These are two land plots with a total area of over 163 hectares:
– Cadastral number 1821155400:02:001:0063 – 73.4914 hectares;
– Cadastral number 1821155400:02:001:0073 – 89.8678 hectares.
The plots are in permanent use by the state specialized economic enterprise “Forests of Ukraine” and are located in the territory of the Korosten district of the Zhytomyr region.
The purpose of the plots will be changed from the category of forestry lands to the category of industrial, transport, electronic communications, energy, defense and other lands for the purpose of their subsequent transfer to the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration for lease for the term of the special permit for the use of subsoil dated February 11, 2015 No. 6027, granted to JSC “United Mining and Chemical Company” for the placement and operation of main, auxiliary and auxiliary buildings and structures by enterprises related to the use of subsoil.
Special permit No. 6027 provides for the extraction of titanium ores and sand at the Mezhyrichne deposit until 2032. (Nadra)
