In January-June, global steel output amounted to 954.62 million tons, down by 0.01% YoY.
According to Worldsteel, China was the largest producer with 530.57 million tons, down by 1.1%. China’s share in global steel output was 55.6%.
Ukraine, producing 3.87 million tons of steel, up by 136.96%, went up to the 21st place among 71 steel producers. (Ukrainian metal)
