In 2023, Druzhkovka Metalwares Works decreased net profit by 28.9% YoY, to 24.049 million UAH.
According to the agenda of the shareholders’ meeting, scheduled for April 29, undistributed profit as of the end of last year amounted to 404.126 million UAH.
It is planned to leave the profit received last year undistributed and not to pay dividends.
The company produces machine-building and railroad fasteners. (Ukrainian metal)
