In 2022, Druzhkovka Metal Wares Works decreased net profit by 69.1% YoY, to 33.832 million UAH.
According to the information prepared for the annual shareholders meeting scheduled for April 25, undistributed profit amounted to 404.665 million UAH.
The shareholders intend to distribute the 2022 profit and decide on paying dividends for 2022 in the amount of 0.37 UAH per share. The rest will be left undistributed. (Ukrainian metal)
