Druzhkovka Metal Wares Works intends to pay 25 million UAH of dividends from profit of previous periods.
The issue will be discussed at the extraordinary shareholders meeting to be held remotely on February 22.
In 2022, the company decreased net profit by 69.1% YoY, to 33.832 million UAH.
Undistributed profit as of the end of 2022 amounted to 404.665 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
