Since the start of the Russian large-scale invasion, 9 thousand Metinvest employees have been mobilized to the army. 400 have already returned to work.
The group has created an inclusive eco-system to integrate veterans in full-fledged life and work. That’s not only medical and psychological aid, but also preparation of managers and personnel for the return of the veterans.
Metinvest has held “Return of the heroes from war” webinars for 23 thousand of its employees.
Veterans are offered requalification and tutoring programs.
The employees, that are still defending Ukraine, receive protection means, bulletproof vests and helmets, as well as winter clothes. Units are provided with drones, heat imagers, cars and other equipment. (Ukrainian metal)
