Ukraine: Donetskkoks to hold remote shareholders’ meeting
At the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting scheduled to be held remotely on January 22, Donetskkoks intends to appoint a new liquidator. The current liquidator Mikhail Vergun is expected to be fired. Instead, Konstantin Teneta will be suggested to be appointed. The company is situated in the temporarily occupied territory. (Ukrainian metal)
