The coal pit Karazhyra has suspended exports to Ukraine.
“This year, because of the Russian invasion, we don’t supply. While previously, we used to export 200 to 600 thousand tons there,” the company deputy CEO Aset Sydykov said.
Karazhyra’s coal was mostly used to replace coal previously supplied to Ukrainian market from Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
In September, Karazhyra supplied several dozen thousand tons of coal to Ukraine. (Ukrainian metal)
