According to the final review of antidumping duties, the Department of Trade of the USA came to the conclusion that Stalkanat was not selling steel wire below the cost on the American market from November 19, 2022 till May 31, 2022, the period under review.
As a result, the average dumping rate for the company was set at the zero level.
The department will order the US Customs and Border Protection to remove the corresponding listings, and the duty will not be levied. (Ukrainian metal)
