Ukraine: Interpipe Vtormet to replace supervisory board
The shareholders of Interpipe Dnipro Vtormet intend to take decision to eliminate its revision commission as the management body and replace supervisory board members. The decision will be taken at the extraordinary meeting scheduled for December 20 to be held remotely. Creston Ukraina LLC will be appointed the company auditor. (Ukrainian metal)
