The United States Department of Commerce has announced preliminary results of the revision of the antidumping duty on steel wire for ferroconcrete (PC strand) from Ukraine.
The period of revision was from November 19, 2022 to May 31, 2022.
The department found out that Stalkanat did not supply products at the prices lower of their normal cost during the period. As a result, a zero dumping duty has been set for Stalkanat.
The final results of the revision will be announced within 120 days of the preliminary results. (Ukrainian metal)
