In September, Ukraine produced 523 thousand tons of rolled metal, up by 3.4% MoM.
Pig iron manufacture dropped by 9%, to 486 thousand tons, and steel – by 7.3%, to 558 thousand tons.
Compared with September 2022, rolled metal output grew 2.1-fold, steel – by 64.1% and pig iron – by 56.8%.
In January-September, Ukraine produced 3.93 million tons of rolled metal, down by 16.9% YoY, 4.59 million tons of steel, down by 16.9%, and 4.39 million tons of pg iron, down by 19.5%. (Ukrainian metal)
