In January-May, Ukraine exported 77.5 thousand tons of scrap, up 3-fold YoY.
According to UAVtormet, imports remained at a very low level – 0.03 thousand tons (0.1 thousand tons last year).
Scrap procurement decreased by 21.7%, to 444.3 thousand tons.
Domestic scrap deliveries to metal plants dropped by 44.3%, to 345.7 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
