ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih begins commissioning the coke-oven batteries Nos. 5 and 6.
On October 3-4, the battery No. 6 will be launched and on October 5-6 – No. 5.
The batteries operation has been suspended due to the Russian invasion in February.
“These days, because of the technological peculiarities of the launch regime, the citizens could periodically see yellow air pollution. This is a temporary effect and could be seen over the by-product coke manufacture,” the company said. (Ukrainian metal)
