DTEK has started supplying coal to the state thermal power plants to pass the heating season.
“The coming winter is the challenge for all of us. One of the main challenges today is the support of the state generation with own coal. The generation has greatly suffered from the war. That is why the coal enterprises of DTEK Energo provide coal not only to their own TPPs, which are in priority, but also to Centreenergo TPPs,” DTEK Energo CEO Ildar Saleyev has said.
The first batch of 50 thousand tons of coal is already been shipped.
Despite the war, DTEK mines were able to maintain the last year level of coal output. (Ukrainian metal)
