The Russian occupiers have started taking metal from the Mariupol port with the help of Russian ships.

According to the satellite image of Planet Labs, the RM-3 cargo vessel arrived on May 28 at the quay usually used to load metal.

The ship belongs to the Russian company Reka-More registered in Rostov-on-Don.

The vessel left Rostov on May 26 and on May 27, not far from Taganrog, turned off its radar.

According to the Russian media, the metal is taken to Rostov based on “agreements” concluded before the Russian invasion.

The director of the state enterprise Mariupol Sea Trade Port Igor Barskiy refuted this information claiming the metal was owned by Metinvest. (Ukrainian metal)
