Russian troops are trying to resume operation of the occupied Mariupol port, which stocks Ukrainian metal and grain, which signifies their intention to steal them.
According to Igor Barskiy, director of the state enterprise Mariupol Sea Trade Port, on February 23 there were around 200 thousand tons of metal and pig iron valued at $170 million in the port.
The port still has one undamaged floating crane operating on diesel fuel, which could be used to steal metal. (Ukrainian metal)
