Zaporizhstal has resumed operation of blast furnaces Nos. 3 and 5 after more than a month of idleness.
In April, the company intends to produce 65 thousand tons of pig iron and in May – more than double that.
According to the company CEO Alexander Mironenko, all the Metinvest enterprises in Zaporozhye have resumed operation. They are Zaporozhye Casting and Mechanical Works, Zaporozhkoks and Zaporozhogneupor. (Ukrainian metal)
