Azovstal has passed the SGS Ukraine audit, which included the certification of rolled sheet in compliance with UKAS.
“The audit was necessitated by the fact the UK had left the EU. Thus, even though our products had been previously supplied to the United Kingdom, we had to once again confirm our strong points,” the chief engineer of the standardization and certification department of Azovstal Yelena Vesnovskaya has reported.
Following the audit, Azovstal received a UKAS compliance certificate from SGS for manufacture of plates. The certificate is valid for 2 years. (Ukrainian metal)
