Darnitsa Wagon-Repair Plant, a subsidiary of Ukrzaliznytsia, has failed to buy 640 tons of scrap valued at 21 million UAH.
The auction was cancelled due to the lack of participants, as only Metinvest-SMC LLC wanted to participate.
The plant intended to receive scrap until the end of the year. (Ukrainian metal)
