In January-April, Ukraine increased nickel imports by 22.4%, to $32.75 million ($9.428 million in April), aluminum – by 10%, to $129.966 million ($34.997 million), lead – 3.1-fold, to $4.603 million ($1.04 million), tin – by 43.5%, to $1.145 million ($402 thousand), and zinc – by 90.7%, to $28.139 million ($9.561 million).
According to the State Customs Service, aluminum exports grew by 46.4%, to $49.551 million ($13.167 million in April), lead – by 60%, to $12.36 million ($2.723 million), and nickel – by 31.2%, to $1.367 million ($0.352 million).
Zinc export amounted to $17 thousand ($7 thousand), like in January-April 2020, while that of tin dropped from $42 thousand to $8 thousand ($3 thousand in April). (Ukrainian metal)
