In 2020, Kamchatka Autonomous District increased gold output by 9% YoY, to 6863 kg.
6 enterprises mined gold last year.
In particular, the Trevozhnoye Zarevo, developing the Asachinskoye deposit, increased output by 8%, to 1402 kg, and Kamchatskoye Zoloto produced 1049 kg, up by 68%. The output of SiGMA at the Ozernovskoye deposit amounted to 1824.6 kg, up by 61% YoY.
At the same time, Kamgold, operating at the Aginskoye deposit, decreased output 5-fold, to 36 kg, and Ametistovoye – by 17%, to 2542 kg.
Silver output totaled 14.3 tons, down by 8%, of which Ametistovoye produced 10.1 tons. (Ukrainian metal)
