The State Safety Service of Ukraine has asked the United Mining and Chemical Company to stop supplying ilmenite to Belanto (the Czech Republic) because of the fears that it has been delivered to Russia-occupied Crimea.

At the same time, despite the notice, the CEO of UMCC Artur Somov has allowed shipping ilmenite to Belanto.

This time, the Bogdan vessel has arrived to the port of Ilyichevsk to get the batch of 10 thousand tons of Irshansk GOK ilmenite concentrate.

The first batch of ilmenite for Belanto was unloaded from the Syrian Souria in Kerch on November 25. The batch was loaded on the Salvinia in the port of Ilyichevsk on November 11 and then reloaded to the Souria on November 12 in the port of Constanta. (Ukrainian metal)
