In April, metal companies received 220.6 thousand tons of scrap, up by 13.1% from the target (195 thousand tons).
The largest scrap volumes were delivered to Azovstal (41.2 thousand tons), Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works (35.7 thousand tons), Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Combine (42.9 thousand tons), Zaporizhstal (16.44 thousand tons) and Interpipe Steel (44.6 thousand tons).
Thus, Azovstal was provided with scrap for 111.4%, Mariupol Ilyich – 105%, DMK – 153.2%, Zaporizhstal – 182.2% and Interpipe Steel – 103.7%.
As of late April, scrap stocks at metal companies totaled 190-195 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
