The State Service of Geology and Subsoil has given the Krasnolimanskaya LLC 30 days to eliminated violations of subsoil use while mining.
The decision was taken on February 28.
The company has violated articles 24 and 51 of the Subsoil Code, which relate to the rules and obligations of the user and the order of the deposit development. (Ukrainian metal)
