The office of the large taxpayers is trying to recover 109.4 million UAH of debt from the state coal company Krasnolimanskaya.
The Donetsk district administration court registered the corresponding claim on August 21.
According to the State Fiscal Service, as of March 25 the company debt totaled 486.4 million UAH.
In May a part of the debt was forced out of the company – and the tax service received some 17 million UAH.
Krasnolimanskaya mentioned its difficult financial situation and the absence of funds to clear the debt.
Krasnolimanskaya is on the list of large privatization. (Ukrainian metal)
