In December 2019 Russia exported 64.8 thousand tons of refined copper, up by 2% MoM and by 62% YoY.
Price grew from $5.7 to $5.8 per kg.
Deliveries to China dropped by 17%, to 23.4 thousand tons. Russia also resumed exports to Germany (1.3 thousand tons). The Netherlands accounted for 40% of all exports – 26 thousand tons.
In 2019 exports totaled 702 thousand tons, up by 8% YoY, valued at $4.1 billion. (Ukrainian metal)
