Vostsibugol Company LLC has increased the statutory capital of its daughter company Razrez Cheremkhovugol LLC (Irkutsk region) from 100 thousand rubles to 1.67 billion rubles.
Moreover, in January the company increased its share in the Irbeyskiy Razrez LLC (Krasnoyarsk region) to 100%.
The increase of the statutory capital is due to consolidation of coal and power-generating assets of the company in order to sell them later. (Ukrainian metal)
