In January Russia exported 3.14 million tons of ferrous metals, down by 6.5% YoY.
According to the Federal Customs Service, exports without pig iron, ferroalloys, wastes and scarp totaled 2.198 million tons, down by 7.3%.
Sales of carbon steel semi-finished products decreased by 4.1%, to 1.252 million tons, and of flat rolled metal – by 24.7%, to 491.4 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
