In 2019 Interpipe sold 798 thousand tons of metal products, down by 7% YoY.
Exports accounted for 76%, while domestic sales dropped from 28% to 24%.
Pipe sales decreased by 11%, to 595 thousand tons, mostly due to a drop on the global market in H2 2019.
Deliveries of pipes to Ukrainian companies went down by 18%, to 147 thousand tons.
Interpipe exported 146 thousand tons of seamless and welding pipes to Europe, down by 16%.
In Americas 140 thousand tons of pipes were sold, up by 13%.
In the Near East Interpipe increased sales by 27%, to 102 thousand tons.
Sales in CIS fell by 46%, to 61 thousand tons, due to Russian embargo and demand drop in other ex-Soviet countries.
At the same time sales of railroad wheels and axles increased by 8%, to 203 thousand tons.
Interpipe increased exports to Europe by 27%, to 52 thousand tons.
Sales in CIS grew by 26%, to 93 thousand tons, while Ukraine saw a drop of 25%, to 45 thousand tons.
The company produced 854.5 thousand tons of round billets in 2019, down by 4%. Almost everything was sold within the group. And only 23.7% thousand tons were sold to other customers. (Ukrainian metal)
