According to the decree of the President of Uzbekistan dated January 9, until the end of the year the Tashkent Agricultural Machinery Works will start producing pig iron castings.
In December the first stage of the manufacture with the capacity of 12 thousand tons of castings per year and the investments of $16.3 million will be commissioned.
The design capacity of the new manufacture will be 30 thousand tons per year. And overall cost of the project will reach $41 million. (Ukrainian metal)
