In January-October metal output in Azerbaijan totaled 434.894 million manats, down by 12.6% YoY.
According to the State Statistics Committee, manufacture of metal wares grew by 83.5%, to 195.827 million manats.
In 10 months Azerbaijan produced 280.6 thousand tons of steel, down by 16.2%, 255 thousand tons of rebars, down by 4.1%, 39.3 thousand tons of steel pipes, down by 4.9%, 5.8 thousand tons of rolled wire, up by 7.5%, as well as 593.8 tons of rods, rolls and sections, down by 11.2%.
The manufacture of primary alloys of raw aluminum decreased by 16%, to 28.7 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
