Azovstal has won a lawsuit against the State Fiscal Service valued at 320 million UAH.
In particular, the Donetsk district administrative court has satisfied a claim of Azovstal to the Office of large taxpayers and cancelled the decision to decrease VAT reimbursement of 213.4 million UAH and application of a fine of 106.7 million UAH.
The State Fiscal Service based its decision on Azovstal including tax notes from several contractors into its tax burden.
At the same the contractors have not provided their own documents on the issue. (Ukrainian metal)
