In August Russia exported 16.6 thousand tons of copper wire rod, up by 94.6% MoM and by 8.4% YoY.
Deliveries to Kuwait grew 4-fold, to 5.6 thousand tons, while to Egypt dropped by 75%, to 798 tons.
In 8 months exports totaled 91.3 thousand tons, down by 7.6% YoY.
In monetary terms since the start of the year the exports have decreased by 15.5%.
Export price in August remained unchanged – $5.9 per kg. (Ukrainian metal)
