DCH Group intends to privatize the state enterprises United Mining and Chemical Company and Electrotyazhmash.
The company will participate in privatization if the authorities take the corresponding decision.
“We are interested in the development of Ukrainian industry, while the announced objects of privatization will get new prospects of development due to the synergy with other DCH assets”, the group noted.
UMCC has already prepared a detailed plan of privatization.
The auctions are scheduled for February-March 2020. (Ukrainian metal)
