The steel output of Severstal remained almost flat YoY at 9.133 million tons in January-September, the company said in a statement on October 11.
Cast iron output went up by 3%, to 7.125 million tons in the period.
Consolidated sales of steel products remained flat at 8.503 million tons.
In July-September steel output shrank by 1% QoQ, to 3.032 million tons, while cast iron production went up by 7%, to 2.458 million tons. Consolidated sales of steel products stayed flat at 2.834 million tons. (Prime/Ukrainian metal)
